Seventy-five minutes, which is long enough to get through a full history without watching the clock. You complete an intake form beforehand so the time is spent on conversation rather than data entry. You leave with a written plan and a scheduled review.

• Structured intake reviewed before you arrive
• Full history: cycle, symptoms, medications, what you have already tried
• A written plan you keep, with a review date
• Referral to a physician where that is the right call

Forty-five minutes to look at your check-ins since the last visit, talk through what has changed, and revise the plan. Your symptom history is on screen, so the conversation starts from what actually happened rather than from what you can remember.
